Internet Entry Rules

  2. To be eligible to log in and submit entries at this website, you must register as a Second Chance Bonus Zone® participant with your name, street address, city, state and ZIP code, a valid e-mail address and a valid contact telephone number. Players should note that this is a different registration from the “Register Now” sign-up process at the Washington Lottery website. Even if you have registered at the Lottery’s website, registration is still required at this Second Chance Bonus Zone® website for this promotion.
  3. You must submit the ticket number from one (1) non-winning Washington Lottery $2 "SCRATCH TRACKS" tickets (Game 563) for each entry. The 13-digit ticket number is located on the back of the ticket below the bar code.

  5. Prize winners whose entries were submitted on the Internet will be contacted by e-mail with prize claim instructions. Because e-mails are not always deliverable, players also need to check the WINNERS page after each drawing to see if they’ve won. 6. Internet winners are required within 15 days of the posting of the winner's list for the drawing to send in the ticket that made up their winning entry. If a winner is unable to produce the ticket that made up their winning entry within the time limit, the prize will be awarded to an alternate, according to the Lottery's established drawing procedures.
  7. The Internet entry deadline for each of the ten (10) second chance drawings is the same as the mail-in entry deadline: 5:00pm Pacific Time on the entry deadline dates.
  8. Non-winning tickets that are mailed in as entries are NOT eligible to be entered on the Internet, and vice versa.
